What We Need to Know
First: Material Specifications
Many customers simply say “I want N52.” But N52 only represents the energy product—magnets with the same grade can have different temperature resistance. It’s best to tell us the specific grade, such as N35H, where the number represents magnetic strength and the letter represents temperature rating.
Not sure which grade to choose? No problem. Just tell us where your product will be used and what the operating temperature is. Our technical team will recommend the most suitable option based on our experience.
Second: Dimensions
Provide the magnet’s length, width, height, or diameter and thickness. A simple drawing or hand sketch is helpful, along with clear indication of the magnetization direction—which face is the N pole.
If you have special dimensional accuracy requirements, such as critical dimensions needing to be controlled within ±0.05mm, please let us know.
Third: Surface Treatment Requirements
Magnets are prone to rust, so they need protective coating. Common coatings include nickel, zinc, and epoxy—you can choose based on your usage environment.
- If the product will be used in humid environments, tell us how many hours of salt spray testing you need
- If you have special requirements like conductivity, welding capability, or specific colors, mention these in advance
About Delivery Times
Magnet production has two main stages:

| Machining + plating | 3-15 days, depending on shape complexity |
For urgent orders: Place your order as early as possible.
For long-term regular purchases: We can produce the raw materials in advance and keep them in our warehouse. When you place an actual order, you’ll save that 1 week of production time and receive delivery faster.
